You may make fair use of a limited number of screenshots for purely educational or illustrative purposes (e.g., educational guides, how-to books, training presentations, product reviews, etc.) provided you adhere to the following guidelines:

• Your use may not directly or indirectly state or imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service by/with BuildaBOE.com or Stratford Financial Solutions, Inc.
• You may not alter the screenshot in any way except to resize the screenshot in direct proportion to the original. Screenshots must be reproduced in their entirety.
• You may add commentary or other text analysis as long as it is very clearly attributable to you and not to BuildaBOE.com or Stratford Financial Solutions, Inc.
• You may not use screenshots from beta products or other products that are subject to non-disclosure obligations and/or that have not yet been commercially released by BuildaBOE.com.

If such materials would be composed primarily of Stratford Financial Solutions, Inc. intellectual property, you must obtain written permission prior to publishing or distribution. If you are a licensed distributor or partner, you may use service-related branding only under the following conditions:

3. You may not alter service marks or images in any way other than proportional resizing.
