With an active Elite Precision Membership, the subscriber is entitled to all benefits of the Pro Memberships—plus advanced research, analysis, and revision services utilizing Westlaw Precision™ technology—strictly subject to the Terms of Service and Conditions of Use.

✔ All Pro Benefits Included – Priority support, monthly consultation (one per month, up to sixty minutes), document review and revision (one petition or motion per month), and unrestricted access to the BuildABOE.com digital reference library during the active subscription term.

✔ Westlaw Precision Analysis – Each billing cycle, the subscriber may submit one (1) document—petition, motion, or brief—for comprehensive review through Westlaw Precision™. A detailed legal research printout will be provided, identifying current controlling case law, statutes, and analytical notes drawn from Westlaw’s real-time authority mapping.

✔ Enhanced Revision Return – Following Precision analysis, the same document may be reviewed and revised for clarity using IRAC format.

✔ Priority Consultation Review – Each monthly consultation may be used to discuss the Precision analysis, research findings, or applied revisions. Unused consultations and submissions do not carry forward.

Limitations: All benefits are personal to the subscriber, non-transferable, non-assignable, and possess no cash or exchange value. Only one (1) document per billing cycle may be submitted for Precision analysis and revision. Unused benefits expire at the end of each billing cycle. No substitutions or roll-overs permitted.

Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the Elite Precision Membership, the subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the plan includes one (1) document submission per month—petition, motion, or brief—for Westlaw Precision™ analytical review and revision, together with all benefits otherwise available under the Pro Membership.

All analytical reports, revisions, and consultations are provided solely for informational and self-directed purposes. None of the services offered constitute legal advice, nor do they create an attorney-client relationship between the subscriber and this site, its owners, officers, affiliates, or contributors.

All materials and analytical printouts are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The subscriber assumes exclusive responsibility for any reliance upon or use of such materials. Neither this site nor its owners, officers, affiliates, or contributors shall be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising out of or relating to any material or service provided under this membership.

The subscriber expressly waives all claims against this site and its affiliates arising from the use of Westlaw Precision™ analyses or any related revision services. In any dispute, the subscriber’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to the annual subscription fee actually paid for the then-current term.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Jurisdiction and venue shall lie exclusively in the state and federal courts of Texas. If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
